Cleaned the throttle body, installed new ISC, throttle plate moves freely, new flywheel and throttle sensors, checked for vacuum leaks by squirting brake cleaner on TB while engine running. Still over-revs to at least 2000 rpm's when it should be idling. Codes showed sensors.
