If you just topped it off with a quart or less I wouldn't be at all concerned. If you drained and refilled the transmission with power steering fluid it needs to be flushed out.

What is the mileage? If the trans fluid has not been changed and the car has 60K + you might consider flushing the fluid.....get the old stuff out and the power steering fluid as well. However if you are going to get rid of it soon why bother
