For a 2000 Buick Lesabre. My cigar outlet stopped working. I already replaced all fuses. Do I need to replace the actual outlet or is there something I'm missing?

If you don't use it frequently, it could just be corrosion on the contacts on either the socket or the lighter side. Clean them with an abrasive like mild sandpaper and see if that fixes it. Have you metered the socket terminals for voltage?
