Can I swap a custom 2000 buick lesabre 3.8 to a impala 05 3.8 supercharged engine ?

I want to saw my engine of my buick lesabre 2000
3.8 ! I have a friend he have a engine of a 2005
impala 3.8 supercharged is this engine will work on
my buick with no problems at all? Please some help

It should drop in......however, you want the transmission also because it is HD to go with the supercharged 3800, you also need the engine control module (ECM) and having the engine to ECM wiring harness might be necessary
