Bought car. No keys, need to get it started to see if it's worth buying a column

You bought a car car that the seller had no keys? Did you get a pink slip? A notarized bill of sale with VIN on it? What you need is to have a set of keys made from the VIN (IF possible) Mike, You really do look like a reasonably intelligent guy. But dude, what were you thinking? Never heard it run? Never drove it? I hope you didn't pay too much.
