1999 Buick Lesabre taillights not working.I've installed new #10 red fuse in slot 8-C (several times) & they will work up until I shut off engine; then again, no taillights. Please help.

Bad/damaged bulb or short in wiring could cause this. Any recent damage done to vehicle? If so I would start there. If not I would inspect all the bulbs for damage. Water in a bulb or around a bulb (broke lense letting water in) could cause this too.
