Car idles rough when hot

I have a 98 buick lesabre limited 3.8 engine. The
codes are 1133 and p1676. It starts fine and runs
fine until it gets hot. Then it idles rough and cuts
off at stops or if stopping suddenly. Any ideas?

code number P1133- IT CULD BE THE FOLLOWING Faulty Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Bank 1 Sensor, Vacuum leak - Faulty Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Bank 1 Sensor 1 harness is open or shorted ,Faulty Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Bank 1 Sensor 1 circuit poor electrical connection.
