My turn left signal light comes on but doesn't blink..all other flashers work just fine

Most common cause is a 2 filament bulb blown. Turn on your hazard lights and check to see which of the front or back blinker is out. Leave headlights off when doing this. Makes it easier to see the one that's out. Or it is a bad connection at the one that's not blinking.
