My car starts fine but once it
warms up it dies, usually when
stopping for a light or slowing
down. Could this be a problem
with the electronic idle modulated
or coil or perhaps with the Jets in
the carbonator? I would appreciate
any help you could offer. Thank
you

I think your "carburetor "is a TBI unit (throttle body injection ) pull the plugs and see what they look like , how are the plug wires ? check for cracked vacuum lines and EGR function , you could remove the IAC and clean those ports or blast some carb cleaner down the throttle ,, see if you can get any codes , thats an old car could be anything , whats the exhaust look like ?

The cheapest and easiest first step is to look for a vacuum leak, as noted above. On the top of the 3800 intake is a black plastic block that has several vacuum lines plugged into it. If that block is cracked or broken...vacuum leak.
