My car goes dead while driving wait bout 5mins and it starts back up

I just put a new fuel filter on it like it lose power the
speed will go up and down and then it will just stop
in the middle of the road it is very dangerous can
someone please tell me what can it be

Take the car to AutoZone and ask them to check your car for codes. This is a free service. Sounds like a Crankshaft positioning or camshaft positioning sensor(s). Then replace them. My Buick had the same issue.

Moreover, your 92 Buick is known for the Crankshaft sensor wires rubbing bare. Look under a YouTube video that details exactly where it is rubbing. Search "92 Buick LeSabre intermittent stalls" Hope this helps
