05 cxl driver seat won't move forward

Driver seat was moved to the back. Now won't move forward. How can I check to see why and to repair it?

Well this question really cannot be answered unless you state if it is Mechanical, or Powered seats...

CXL would have power seats. You must determine if the problem is with the switch, seat motor, or wiring. When you try to move the seat do you hear the motor running? Sometimes the drive cable comes out of the coupling... Reach under the seat and unplug the connector and replug a couple of times....sometimes it is simply a bad connection
