help me

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

i replaced my alternator and still cant get my
engine to turn over
put my battery in another car it fired right up
put it in mines NO LUCK won't even hold a
charge unless i have the charger on there
i tried to get a jump and it cranks but no
start
fuses and wire gages seem to be fine

problem start while i was driving and i lost
power in my gas acceleration as well as
brakes stiffened up  while coming to a stop
to park it

Could be the vehicle security system. If the module is bad or has lost its programming the car will not start.
