What is this valve

What is this valve and what type of car this motor
came out of. I'm trying to replace them. It's one on
the front and one on the back if motor. It's a 3.4 SFI
engine. Been placed in a 2000 Buick century.

Correct. Had a guy to do a tune up and he said they're HER valves but I can't locate them anywhere googled online looking like this. And he said that piece that's crimped was done to keep air from passing through. This a tough one
