Hot key

I have a 2000 Buick Century and when
the key is removed from the ignition it
is very hot.  The cluster panel has gone
out recently and I'm not sure if that
makes a difference. Car runs very good
other than that.

I would find the problem and fix it before it starts a fire , probably electrical so unless you're ready to tear things apart with some electrical knowledge you may want to take it somewhere .
