My 99 Buick century wont crank

My car won't crank I bought a brand new starter a
new battery tune up kit and had the thing that hold
the spark plugs post replaced and still nothing I don't
have money to keep putting in to car can someone
give me any suggestions plz.

I have to ask the mechanic because even he said he doesn't know what's goin on smh I'm buying all these parts and nothing working but I'mma have him look at the relay starter tomorrow
