I have 1998 buick century the anti lock break light comes on and off and seem like left rear brake sticks then releases

the brake sound like its scraping it comes and goes on left rear of 1998 buick century and also my anti lock brake light come and goes

Thank you . What can I do when this happens? It just did this and when I backed up and then went forward it helped. What does it usually cost to have fixed?
