Clicking/rattle sounds coming from driver front tire
When accelerating about 50+ wheel shakes, tire
feels wobbly. There is also a click type sound when
reversing or if wheel is turned to far
That might be a tie rod going bad, or rather, bad and getting worse - get it into a shop ASAP, if the tie rod pops off, you'll lose all steering for that wheel. The other possible source of the noise can be a CV joint going bad, although those are more of a popping noise vs clicking. Either way, let an alignment shop look at it.
