Diagnose collision

A car collided into the rear driver side of my
2006 town and country at approx. 30 mph.
Between rear sliding door and wheel. Wheel
now bent inward and sideways. Still
driveable cautiously. Tires on both sides
wearing quickly. Possible causes.

Please give me your opinion CarGurus of possible problem. I was told bent " dead axle".

Just needs a used axle from a junk yard to replace your bent axle, no big deal I had to do it before.

Now if the uni-body is bent I am not sure a 4 wheel alignment will be enough to fix your tire wear on the other side unless the axle bend is causing it to wear also on the other side, On mine the other side I did not notice it being out but may have been, I just put a used axle under it and swap brake parts from mine over to the other one.

Uhhh, it is NOT driveable. Likely the rear axle is bent. Don't drive it and get it repaired.
