My 2016 town & country just started a new problem, the digital dash displays go black when you turn on the wipers. When I turn on the front wipers, about 10 seconds later all of the digital dash displays no black. If I turn off the wipers momentarily the displays return.

The screen for the radio/navigation/back up camera went black but the radio still works. Also, the volume and station changing buttons on the steering wheel are now not working. Any suggestions?

Problem started about 2 years ago. After it started there were two or three times the display came on for a little while but it has not come on in over a year.
