2002 T&C internal Fan speed issue

All of sudden, when the air conditioner was working, the fan speed shut off.  Air still
worked and speed 1,2,3,4 did not work but top speed only worked.  This is the 3.8L.

i have heard.... under dash, remove bottom cover of fan and clean bottom bushing of dust dirt n oil . viola.. it works again just rumor it is .. i havnt done, but i do remember seeing the cover with a round depression about 2 inches round under the dash near the center , and reading about this issue in this blog or tweet or whatever it is goo luk & let me know thanx

it turned out that it was the heat/air resistor switch located behind the glove compartment. easy fix and run like a champ. thanks for your input.
