My Chrysler town and country won't turn over

I hit a deer and it shattered my fans and dented my radiator.
My fiance replaced my radiator and fans but now it won't
turn over. The interior lights and the stereo both come on.

^^ ditto on the jump start. Check all battery connections are secure to starter relay and starter. A battery can have enough juice for things like lights and radio, but not enough to crank the starter motor. So try the jump start first.
