my car overheat i replace the water pump but now dont start,and is water in the exhaust what is wrong???

water or coolant??? possible you overheated so bad that it cracked a cylinder head and cant build compression in the cylinders

Hopefully you may have just blown a head gasket and didn't actually crack the head itself. Either way you're probably going to have to pull the head to assure you've corrected the problem. Sometimes a cracked head can be welded and a new gasket installed.
