Asked by GuruD92QR Aug 05, 2017 at 04:35 PM about the 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser Touring Wagon FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2006 PT cruiser AC quit blowing cold air, Freon is full, Compressor
comes on, Tube to condenser is cold, Vent door opens, will blow hot when
turned to hot but not cold when turned to cold. But the hot air goes away.
Radiator fan is working and comes on as soon as you turn on the AC switch.
Compressor comes on and builds pressure and shuts off. cycles every 15
seconds or so.
