What's wrong with my car

Asked by littlearie7399 Aug 22, 2021 at 09:56 PM about the 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser Wagon FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My engine light is on and I know the manifold
pressure sensor is bad it just died while driving no
indication that it was getting ready to die and now
it doesn't crank and there is no click it's like it's
getting no power at all but the dash lights still
come on and the battery is new just bought it 2
weeks ago and I had the battery tested it is good
spark plugs replaced also so what could cause it
to die and not start at all

MAP sensor can cause it to die suddenly. You need to check voltage to the starter. If you have battery voltage to the starter. Jump or apply power to the solenoid terminal in the starter to see if it turns over.
