Power lock issues after battery change

Hi my PT Cruiser wasn't starting, we changed the battery but now the locks are
not working with the remote key, the side mirrors are not adjusting. The radio is
also not turning on. Need advise.

My 02 did this plus the headlights didnt come on. It was an inline fuse wire that I just cut both ends and put them together not threw the harness it was in. Its located under the drivers side near the fuse box. Now everything works perfectly.
