Forget 30,000 mile, check your manual in the car and see what they recommend vs. dealership. Dealership will recommend these 30k things here and there to overcharge you. I will recommend an oil change ever 3 k as this is cheap insurance if you are using non-synthetic. If you end up going over 3k to like 4.5k no biggy. By the way it looks like you are hitting only 32k nearly 9 years later so if I do the math it looks like you only put on 3.5k miles a year. Therefore I would just change oil every 6 months. I can't think of anything they would do to a car with 32k probably replace the cabin filter if your car has one as that is probably pretty dirty. Engine air filter can go till 50k. Coolant is probably due for a flush as that stuff only lasts 5 years. Spark plugs should be good, and you get into some dicey territory with your engine timing belt cause the rubber could be degrading even though it hasn't spon as much as others have by now. Yet you should be good till 50k with the miles you are driving still kinda a risky thing. Probably a look over isn't bad just to inspect for seal leaks as again rubber degrades even if you aren't using it.
