Really want to get a header for my 4G69.. Now this should eliminate the CATS would it not? whats the story on that as far as regulations?.. im fine with doing it but would it be obvious?

As you can see here its all welded together ...http://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/OTAwWDE2MDA=/z/1nIAAOSwxYxUvRsr/$ _57.JPG my guess is getting a high flow universal cat for the new header ?
