When is it that a 2007 infinity m45 sport would
start to have transmission problems?

The transmission should not give problems until the car has high miles close to 200,000. It all depends on how well it is maintained, fluid and filter change as specified by the manufacturer. This, of course, is no guarantee that you will not have problems at any time, regardless of the make of the car.
