If you mean 'shake' as in 'grocery cart shake', when you go through a certain speed (mine was 52 mph) and only get it at that speed, it's tire balance and/or uneven wear from not rotating and rebalancing. Solid axles eliminate a lot of alignment problems, but they have quirks as well. You might have bad shocks or weak springs.

Track bar is first suspect you must check the rubber bushings for excessive wear! Then the ball joints, after that check tie rod ends these are all culprit! The wheel and tire may be out of "round" but it is uncommon unless you verified wheels prior to wheel balance of tires!
