Will 18 inch unlucky fuel rims fit a
07 Rubicon with 33 inch tires

Check the bolt pattern of your wheels: They need to be 5 lug w/ 5 inch Medium Offset. You can also purchase a spacer/adapter that will fit your wrangler and the wheels. Ex. If your wheels happen to be 5 lug x 4.5in, you can purchase an adapter that connects to the 5x5 on the jeep & 5x4.5 on the wheels.
