VERY HIGH IDLE, REPLACED TPS AND IDLE AIR CONTROL VALVE,  STILL TO HIGH WHAT NEXT?

If it's not showing a code then start looking for a massive vacuum leak. Loose connections and disconnected hoses. They whistle and hiss like a snake.
