Car wont start

So my 2007 pontiac grand prix was driving
just fine then it stalled out then locked up
then wouldnt start everything on the dash
lights up but when u try to turn it over
everything goes blank on the dash and no
noise its in the shop but he cant figure out
whats wrong with it

Havent tried it by hand yea im not sure it locked up after it stalled out and it was in the middle of the road so had to force it into neutral cause after it stalled it wouldnt start before it locked up
