my windshield wipers stop working what could be the problem?

my windshield wipers stop working at first the wipers stop and the motor was
still going then i was able to move the wipers with my hands and now they
wont move at all and the motor stopped as well what should i do

It could be a bad switch and or bad motor, I am going more towards a bad motor...
