07 p0ntiac wont start

07 grand prix, base,3.8l. Car sat for 2 weeks, batery died, tried to jump start would crank but not fire.Got batery tested, bought new batery. Installed it cranks great but wont fire. Put obd2 scanner on it, Says this..P0030-o2 cir,P0036-o2 cir,P0201-p0206-injector cir open, P0443- emission purge valve cir. Checked fuse block, have pwer to all mains and fuses except 5,#12-emission,14-o2ssr,17-E.T.C,20fuel inj,24-elek ign. What happened???

Computer needs flashed, see your GM dealer or well qualified shop as special diagnostic tools are needed, this repair is about 90.00 to 150.00 before tax.
