my headlights are to low. I h ave turned the screw all the way and still very low. Also, the passenger side headlight shines way off to the right. HELP!!!!!

You turned the wrong screw. There is one for left-right and one for up-down. Adjust them after dark on the side of a building so you can see how high and how much left-right you need.
