1993 caprice classic wagon: battery drain from cluster fuse

Battery drains down enough over night that starter turns slowly or not at all. Using a test light, determined draw is from cluster fuse circuit. What to do next to pin point the draw?

The battery drain ended up not being the problem. The problem was a bad cell in a 3 mo, old battery. Took battery back and was given a new replacement battery, problem solved.
