Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1993 Caprice Classic LS. I had it sitting for
a couple of months but just recently started moving
it. It ran fine even better than ever since I took off
my breather. But recently I tried to start my car but
the switch wouldn’t turn all the way to start my car!
I tried several times but it won’t budge! I had a few
people look at it and some say it’s my starter others
it’s my ignition switch! I need answers! Someone
help please!!!!!!

Grab the steering wheel and turn it and take some pressure off the column, then try turning key.
