ABS Blown?

Asked by migration_Vouksh Sep 10, 2014 at 11:29 PM about the 1993 Chevrolet Caprice Sedan RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I recently had my front brakes & calipers replaced on my Caprice, and today I had to
push harder than normal on my brakes (I usually try not to use them too much) and I
heard a loud pop, and lost all braking power (didn't hit anything, fortunately). When I
opened my hood, there was brake fluid covering the ABS unit as well as the
surrounding parts and a bit on the hood in that area.

I'm wondering which part I'd need to replace, and about how much labor would go into
replacing the part.
