My 93 Camaro z28 will randomly die on me. Starts just fine and will idle if the car has been sitting for a while, but while driving the whole engine will die.

Thats what I am hoping it isn't. Its just strange because it acts up at very random times. Last month I drove it for 120 miles without issue but if I run to the store or take it around the block it may quit.

The opti shows most of its faults when the tempature rises. It might run good on a cold day. Be sure to check all your grounds

I'll try that. It also acts up sometimes the less it sits if that makes sense. So if its been sitting over night it usually fires right up compared to only sitting an hour.

Yes that makes sence. When the opti is cooled down over night, it's good. Heat and electronics dont mix. Buy a gm oem opti. I have tryed most of them but they fail less. No msd and no Jegs
