Make sure your shift lever is fully engaged in "Park" and that the key is turned to the "Off" position. It should then release.

On my 2010 buick lacrosse the went bad and I replaced the key is stuck in the ignition and won't start or cut off security light is on on the dashboard where it shows the park rev drive. It Has CAL
