How do you turn off seatbelt chimes on a 2006 Porsche Cayenne?

I want to turn off the seatbelt chimes so when I just moving my car around in the driveway I don't have to put the belt on.

I believe you can go to the Porsche dealer and have your cars computer re-programmed to eliminate the "chime"
