Water is leaking fom the back ofy motor

My 2002 suzuki xl7 is gushing water out
of the back of my moter and it seems like
around the back if intake. I dont know
what it is

Most probably a heater hose. There are hoses that run from the radiator to the heater core in the back of the firewall.
