I have a 94 suburban 4x4 3/4 ton 350 Im  pretty sure my i take manifold is
leaking pretty good just found it a few days ago about to replace it but now it
started running rough at certain speeds its not over heating and there is no oil
in my water or vica versea just hoping this iis related and not another problem  
or could the i take manifold be causing it

Try tightening the intake manifold bolts to get rid of the intake leak. If that does not work then it has to be pulled like you say. The EGR Valve can make it run rough also if it is stuck open and not working properly. Should try and clean it along with the port it sits over. You should check the fuel pressure also, it should be 9 to 13 lbs. Possible the fuel regulator in the TBI may need replacing.
