I have a 94 Chevy suburban v8 and it
sputters and don't wanna go unless you two
foot it or feather the throttle.

Sounds like a possible fuel issue, like a fuel pump. Check the pressure, it should be 9 to 13 lbs.

I'm having a similar issue, and it's going to take a whole lot of trouble shooting and patience worse case scenario it's a possible timing issue,check the codes on Google go to obd1 codes on Google for your vehicle put in yr mod make and it will give you proper instructions to get codes from your ecm .this will help pin point the problem,and resolve the issue buy only fixing what's the main problem with out throwing in needed parts at it and not having to waste money,you may not have,good luck hope you get it up and running

No monies thrown at checking fuel pressure, symptoms can fit fuel issue, along with other things. Scanning for codes would be advisable, if you find any codes, you can post them here also.
