As much as your willing to pay for it. There's people out there who go after others who haven't done their homework! Find a mechanic that you trust and ask if they would be willing to look over it if you brought it in! Anyone should! It might cost you though. Ask the seller if they are willing to let you have your mechanic look it over. If they are then good luck. If they refuse to let you have a mechanic look it over. I wouldn't buy it unless you know how to work on it.
