Water Leak in the rear passenger side crew cab of 2007 Nissan froniter

What is causing this water leak?
Floor around the door molding is
wet and has a steady drip after I
drive it.

No molding issues. Truck is well maintained . 60k miles just rust issues on top of the cab and paint peeling on windshield and spots around the truck.

I love people who expect instant answers. Really I do. How about more information such as does this only happen when it rains. If this happens when you run the AC it is probably condensate making its way to the back seat.
