1994 chevrolet lumina 3.1 4 door car with powered windows. Where is the component center for the power window circuit breaker (driver side) at?

Should be under the dash either on the left or right of the steering. You should see little black boxes around an inch square. Hopefully, they are labled. Check the wiring harness that goes through the door where the hinges are. Should be a rubber sheathing that covers them. Peel back the black rubber and inspect the wires. They typically break right there causing the windows to fail.
