2007 grand caravan 3.8v6

Replaced 3 leaking injectors at fuel rail, but fuel rail and six new injectors won't
slide back into manifold bores. when forced into bores the new O rings warped
in fuel rail and get a massive leak. Should I get a new fuel rail? Tried several
times to install the fuel rail and new injectors with new O rings and having the
same leak issues. Please help me..
