Fraudulent listing

Hi,

I ran across this list for this FJ Cruiser at $10,775. When I read the ad, in the
fine print, it says, “PRICE above of $10,​775 does NOT include your $3,​000
cash down or TRADE-IN ------ TOTAL PRICE IS $13,​775----“

What kind of crap is that? This dishonest dealer is advertising at a low price
to get to the t op of the ‘good deals’ list. This is dishonest and this dealer
should be removed. Otherwise, how can I trust Cargurus?

That is not fraud but fine print. Weaselly yes, fraud no.
