My 97 town and Country starts but won't stay running its loud also smells really strong exhaust Liquid coming out of exhaust pipe as well can anyone help me out

"exhaust liquid?" Could just be water (if you're lucky) or oil (if not so lucky). A strong smell (like rotten eggs?) is likely a bad catalytic converter. A bad cat can also cause a car to run rough/stall. A bad cat might also be accumulating condensation, or have rotted along the top and collecting water, which is why it's coming out the tailpipe. I would suggest taking a good look at your catalytic converter. At your cars age, it's about due for one if it has never been replaced.
